On September 1, 2023, WEX Inc. acquired the Ascensus Health & Benefits line of business, including BPC and Chard Snyder. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

On May 1, 2024, BPC rebranded to Chard Snyder, a WEX company<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
