The WEX Compassion Fund, our employee relief program, provides financial assistance to WEXers experiencing unexpected personal hardship or disaster. Sustained by contributions from both WEX and generous employee donations, the Fund reflects our shared commitment to compassion, community, and ensuring no one at WEX faces challenging times alone.

Administered by the Emergency Assistance Foundation, an independent nonprofit organization, the Compassion Fund provides fast, confidential support to eligible employees across the globe.
